I give all praise to You, My King,
O Christ, who reigns fore’er!
Of Your great mercy now I sing:
With me Your reign You share!

Though undeserving I might be
Of such a glorious place,
You’ve giv’n Your higher seat to me—
A free gift of Your grace.

Our Lord for servants condescends
To serve and not be served;
His Life, our ransom price, He spends.
‘Tis not what was deserved.

For sinners, Lord, You host Your Feast
That each may be Your guest.
You thus exalt the low, the least
To give them peace and rest.

O Lord, such glorious place and seat
To me You’ve freely giv’n,
Your body’and blood to drink and eat.
Thus I am now forgiv’n!

Fit me, Lord, for the Day by this,
So I shall take my place
In holy, everlasting bliss,
And see You face to face.

I praise You, Christ for, though You’re King,
With me Your reign You share.
Your Kingdom, Lord, please quickly bring,
That I may join there.
